Put clear work standards and management routines on the floor.

A review can identify the gaps. The operation changes only when managers and teams use a clearer way of working every day.

Miravex helps build that operating structure and can remain involved while the client puts it into practice.

When a report is not enough

The busiest managers rarely have spare time to run another improvement program.

Many warehouse reviews end with a presentation and a long action list.

The client's managers return to missed targets, absence, recruitment, client reporting, and the next shift. The report waits.

The Operating System Build gives the work an owner, a schedule, and practical outputs.

Where the site needs more senior involvement, Miravex can also take on an agreed fractional role or provide focused on-site support.

Level 2 · Operating System Build

Build the way the operation should run.

Work Standards

We define the required method for critical warehouse tasks and connect it to the real working conditions on the floor. The standard must be clear enough for a supervisor to teach, observe, and correct.

Job Instructions

We create task-level instructions for the work that causes the most variation, error, delay, or dependency. The instruction should tell a person what to do, in what order, what to check, and when to stop and escalate.

Staffing Plan

We connect workload, skills, shift coverage, supervisor capacity, and temp labor assumptions. The plan should help management distinguish between a genuine labor gap and a weak process that consumes more hours than it should.

Meeting Rhythm

We define which meetings need to happen, who attends, what information they review, and what decisions come out of them. A meeting without ownership and follow-up does not create control.

Reporting Set

We identify the numbers managers need to run the operation and the evidence the client needs to trust it. The report must reflect floor behavior rather than hide it.

Escalation Path

We define which issues stay on the shift, which move to site management, and which require senior or client attention. People should not have to guess when a problem has become serious.

Ownership and Follow-Through

Each action receives a named owner, a deadline, and a review point. Miravex works with the people responsible for using the system, not only the person who approved the project.

Level 3 · Fractional Operations Director

Add senior operating control for an agreed part of the week or month.

A fractional role fits when the operation needs direct leadership but the client does not need, cannot recruit, or is not ready to appoint a full-time operations director.

Pawel can take on a defined set of responsibilities. These may include:

Running Management Meetings

Pawel leads the agreed daily, weekly, or monthly operating meetings and keeps decisions tied to named actions.

Supporting Shift Managers

He works with shift managers on priorities, handovers, staffing, escalation, and follow-through.

Reviewing Results

He reviews performance with the client's management team and challenges numbers that do not match floor reality.

Tracking Actions

He keeps agreed actions visible, follows up with owners, and brings delays back into the management discussion.

Supporting Staffing Changes

He can help stabilize the operating rhythm when a manager leaves, a new manager starts, or the site changes its structure.

Helping Define a Permanent Role

Where the client plans to hire, Pawel can help define what the role should own and what the operating system must provide around that person.

The fractional scope does not make Miravex responsible for every part of the client's business. Responsibilities, access, authority, and boundaries are agreed before the start.

Level 5 · On-site Day

Use a focused day on-site for a defined operating question.

An on-site day may fit when the issue is narrow enough to inspect without a full review.

Before the visit, Miravex agrees on the question, people involved, access required, and output expected.

The client may receive an observation note, a short action list, a management debrief, or another written output named in the scope.

An on-site day does not replace a full review when the problem crosses several processes, shifts, or management levels.

Ask about an on-site day

Examples include

  • A shift handover that loses information.
  • A receiving process that creates downstream errors.
  • An onboarding problem affecting temp workers.
  • A supervisor structure that no longer fits the size of the site.
  • A reporting gap before a client review.
  • A proposed process change that needs floor-level challenge.
  • A warehouse area that has become dependent on one person.

How the three levels connect

Build, support, and direct involvement can sit within the same operating plan.

1

An Operations Review may show that the client needs clearer work standards and reporting.

2

Miravex can then build those parts of the operating system.

3

The client may ask Pawel to remain involved through regular management reviews or a fractional role while managers adopt the new routines.

4

A focused on-site day may support a narrow issue during that period.

The client does not need to choose every level at the start. Each step has its own scope, fee, schedule, and decision point.

Client responsibilities

Implementation needs active client ownership.

Miravex can build the structure and support the people using it. The client still runs the business. The client must provide:

  • A senior sponsor.
  • Access to the agreed managers, shifts, and information.
  • Timely decisions.
  • Clear authority for the people expected to use the new routines.
  • Time for managers to review and test the work.
  • Honest feedback when a standard does not fit the operation.
  • Ownership of legal, HR, safety, and employment decisions.

Miravex will identify blocked decisions rather than allow them to disappear into the action list.

Capacity and scheduling

Miravex limits overlapping work so Pawel can lead each engagement.

Miravex is founder-led. Pawel does not sell one scope and pass the work to an unknown team. He leads the engagement himself. That creates a capacity limit.

Before the start, Miravex confirms:

  • Pawel's availability.
  • Site days.
  • Meeting rhythm.
  • Response expectations.
  • Travel requirements.
  • Deliverable dates.
  • The people authorized to make decisions.

If Miravex cannot support the requested schedule properly, we will say so before the client commits.

Scope and quality commitments

The work stays inside an agreed operating boundary.

Scope Before Start

We define the work, responsibilities, authority, schedule, access, deliverables, and exclusions before the engagement begins.

Working Rhythm

We maintain the agreed contact and meeting schedule. If it slips, we document the cause, set a remediation plan, and restore the rhythm.

Deliverables Completed

We provide the written outputs named in the scope, provided the client supplies the agreed access, information, and decisions.

These commitments do not promise a financial result, service level, or contract outcome.

Discuss the operating gap

Tell us what the operation needs from senior management right now.

The site may need new standards, stronger follow-through, support for shift managers, temporary senior leadership, or a focused view of one process.

Send us the situation, the timing, and the level of access available.

We will tell you whether Build and Support fits, whether the work should begin with an Operations Review, or whether the issue needs a different route.
